Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website hashtagdigitalmarketing.in and all services offered by Hashtag Digital Learning Hub, a division of ClickStack Marketing Private Limited. By accessing this website or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to abide by the following terms.
1. Payments
- All payments must be made in the name of ClickStack Marketing Private Limited via online transfer, UPI, cheque, or card.
- Payment confirmation is mandatory before accessing course materials or attending sessions.
- If paying by cheque, please write the participant’s name, course name, and contact details on the reverse.
- All applicable bank or transaction charges must be borne by the participant.
2. Fee Policy
- Course fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- In the case of installment plans, the second installment must be paid within 20 days of batch commencement. Failing to do so may result in cancellation of your registration.
3. Course Schedule & Delivery
- Hashtag Digital Learning Hub reserves the right to modify course content, trainer allocation, schedule, or session timings without prior notice.
- Classes may be rescheduled or merged in case of low enrollment or trainer availability.
- All certifications provided are based on exam clearance or successful completion of assignments as per course guidelines.
- Students must bring their own laptops to every class. Institute laptops are not provided.
4. Placement Assistance
- Placement support is an add-on service, not a guaranteed offer.
- Work-from-home or freelancing opportunities are provided only if available with our hiring partners.
- Internships are subject to performance during the training phase and availability of slots.
5. Exams & Certifications
- Google, Meta, HubSpot, and other certifications are conducted during or within 1 month after course completion.
- Beyond 1 month, the institute may charge an additional fee for exam facilitation or re-issuance of certificates.
6. Transfers & Cancellations
- Transfer to another batch or branch will incur a fee of ₹3,000 + GST.
- Transfer of admission to another candidate is allowed within 6 months of registration upon payment of ₹5,000 + GST.
- In case of cheque bounce or dishonor, a penalty of ₹500 will be charged.
7. Code of Conduct
- Internet access is for educational use only. Misuse will attract a ₹500 fine and may lead to termination from the program.
- Photography, video/audio recording of sessions is strictly prohibited.
- Any student found disrupting class, misusing brand name, or posting negative content online may have their admission cancelled without refund.
8. Legal
- The institute has full rights to validate any information provided by the candidate and take action if found to be false.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dehradun jurisdiction only.
