This policy applies to all course enrolments and payments made to Hashtag Digital Marketing Academy, a unit of ClickStack Marketing Private Limited, for classroom, hybrid and live online batches.
1. Seat booking (₹1,000)
- After the free demo, a seat is booked with ₹1,000.
- The seat booking is non-refundable. It is adjusted against your course fee.
2. Change of mind within 3 days of seat booking
If you opt out within 3 days of paying the seat booking, we refund everything you have paid except ₹1,000 — whether you paid the full fee or your 1st EMI.
3. After 3 days
After 3 days from the seat booking, fees paid are non-refundable, including for missed sessions or withdrawal from the course.
4. EMIs
If an EMI is not paid by its due date, course access is paused until it is paid. EMIs already paid are not refunded after the 3-day window.
5. Cancellation by the academy
If we cancel a batch or your enrolment for reasons on our side (for example, seat unavailability, trainer unavailability or a pricing error), we refund the full amount you paid.
If an enrolment is cancelled because of fraudulent payment (unauthorised card or UPI use), no refund is made and legal action may follow.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days to the original payment method.
7. Transfers
- Transfer to another batch: ₹3,000.
- Transfer of an admission to another person (if approved): ₹5,000, within 6 months of enrolment.
