Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of hashtagdigitalmarketing.in and all courses offered by Hashtag Digital Marketing Academy ("Hashtag Academy", "we"), a unit of ClickStack Marketing Private Limited (CIN U74109UT2025PTC019464), A Block, Nehru Colony, Dharampur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001. By using this website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

1. Fees and payments

  • All payments are made to ClickStack Marketing Private Limited, online through Razorpay (UPI, card or netbanking) or by bank transfer. An invoice is issued for every payment.
  • Seat booking: after the free demo, a seat is booked with a payment of ₹1,000. It is non-refundable and is adjusted against the course fee.
  • Balance: the full fee, or the 1st EMI, is due within 3 days of the seat booking.
  • EMIs: the 2nd EMI is due within 30 days of the batch start and the 3rd EMI (where applicable) within 60 days of the batch start. If an EMI is not paid by its due date, course access is paused until it is paid.
  • Fees for classroom and live online batches are the same.

2. Offers

  • Offer prices (for example, the Festive Offer) apply to seats booked within the offer period shown on the website. The price at the time of your seat booking is the price you pay, provided the balance or 1st EMI is paid within 3 days.
  • Offers cannot be combined unless stated.

3. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: the ₹1,000 seat booking is non-refundable; if you opt out within 3 days of the seat booking, everything else you paid is refunded; after 3 days, fees are non-refundable.

4. Course schedule and delivery

  • A new batch starts every Monday. We may change trainer allocation, schedule or session timings, and will inform enrolled students in advance.
  • Batches may be rescheduled or merged in case of low enrolment or trainer availability.
  • Certificates are issued on successful completion of assignments and assessments as per course guidelines.
  • Classroom students bring their own laptops; institute laptops are not provided.

5. Placement assistance

  • Placement assistance (resume, LinkedIn, mock interviews, internship opportunities and job referrals) is a support service, not a job guarantee.
  • Work-from-home, freelancing and internship opportunities are shared only when available and depend on the student's performance during training.

6. Exams and certifications

  • Google, Meta, HubSpot and other certifications are attempted during or within 1 month after course completion.
  • After 1 month, a fee may apply for exam facilitation or re-issue of certificates.

7. Transfers

  • Transfer to another batch: ₹3,000.
  • Transfer of an admission to another person (if approved): ₹5,000, within 6 months of enrolment.

8. Code of conduct

  • Institute internet is for educational use only. Misuse may attract a ₹500 fine and can lead to removal from the program.
  • Photography and video/audio recording of sessions are not allowed.
  • Disrupting classes, misusing the Hashtag brand name, or posting false or defamatory content about the academy may lead to cancellation of admission, with refunds as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Legal

  • We may verify information provided by a student and take action if it is found to be false.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun.
